Four operations that make the pipe arrive ready to install - carried out in-house on carbon, alloy, stainless and chrome steel.
Slotting
Slots 0.012-0.500 inch and round holes 1/4-1/2 inch on 1.900-20 inch OD; bio-degradable coolant protects the metallurgy.
Cutting
Lengths 2 inches to 60 feet, diameters 2-48 inch, tolerances 1/8-48 inch.
Threading
1/8-20 inch, NPT and NPS to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, taper 1/16 (3/4 inch per foot).
Grooving
Cut grooving 1/2-20 inch (2.5 inch min length); roll grooving 2-24 inch (6 inch min).
