Spai Pipe Industry Co., Ltd (Spai Steel), as the most valuable subsidiary under SP Group, is a steel pipes and fittings solution provider for nuclear power plants, thermal power stations, atomic power plants, oil and gas, construction (building, agricultural irrigation, food factory, coastal and port works), energy, petrochemical, fertilizers, and chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries.
We began in steel pipe exporting - welded steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, OCTG, rectangular steel pipe and galvanized steel pipe. With decades of development and our customers' support, our range expanded to pipe fittings: flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, caps, bends, laps, forged fittings and galvanized series, for high, medium and low pressure service in carbon steel, alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel. Further processing such as anti-corrosion, zinc plating, copper plating, hot expanding, bending, diameter reducing, heat treatment, internal boring and external grinding, precise lathing and boring, precise cold drawing and surface carburizing is provided as well. Our products are inspected and approved by SGS, BV, TUV and TUBOSCOPE, and accepted by world top 500 petroleum, gas and EPC companies. We fulfil dozens of Chinese and international standards - GB, API, ASTM, ASME/ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS and GOST - and customise products to the technical protocols our clients require, keeping long-term relationships across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and Oceania, in more than 100 countries and regions. SP Group, founded in 1996, is a supply chain management service group whose businesses cover machinery and accessories, pumps, supply chain, steel products, hydraulic fittings, travel, electrical equipment, and sport and fitness goods. After 28 years we have built long-term relationships with 300,000 individual customers and 1,000 corporate clients. Organization Structure
SP Group operates across eight business sectors, with steel products delivered through Spai Steel.
Within Spai Steel our own organisation combines HR, Finance, Purchase, Production, Sales, Risk Control, Technical and Service departments, supported by our production bases. Every department works to a single quality standard: the technical team reviews each custom requirement before production, the purchase team works only with pre-qualified mills, and an independent inspection team checks every order before shipment.
