Coating
3PE builds on an epoxy powder FBE layer above 100 microns, an adhesive layer of 170-250 microns and a three-layer polyethylene outer layer of 1.8-3.7 mm.
Galvanizing
Hot-dip zinc coating from 40 to 275 g/m2. Zinc corrodes 10-100 times more slowly than the iron base depending on environment, forming a tight adherent corrosion product.
