Grouting System Pipe
An embedded grouting pipe system in seamless construction, cold rolled with hot rolled option. Installed at new-to-old concrete interfaces, slurry is injected via the PVC port and seals leaks after the concrete cures.
Grades and Sizes
OD spans 4-426 mm with wall 0.5-150 mm and lengths 1-12 m at +/-3% tolerance, in grades from 45# and 16Mn through 27SiMn and the Cr-Mo family to 42CrMo; reference model 300x25x1400.
Applications
Tunnel construction grouting and conduit support - shed pipe and steel flower pipe - plus permanent sealing of construction joints, cold joints and pipe seepage joints.
