Built to Run Submerged in the Wet Well

A submersible sewage pump sits in the wet well, so the unit has to tolerate immersion rather than occasional flooding. The motor is IP68 sealed with class F insulation, and the wetted end is built around a cast iron volute and impeller with a double mechanical seal.
The range spans 0.75-200 kW with flow from 10 to 2500 m3/h, heads of 7-45 m and outlets from DN50 to DN500. That spread lets one pump family serve a basement sump and a municipal pumping station without changing supplier.

Where These Pumps Are Used

Municipal water supply and drainage, building and hospital sewage, factory effluent, construction dewatering, aquaculture aeration, river and pond dredging, and mine, metallurgy, printing and dyeing duties. The common thread is a wet well where a dry-installed pump is not practical.

Quality Control

Every unit is electrically tested and seal-tested, with batch sampling at dispatch. Production follows GB/T24674 and GB/T25409 for submersible sewage pumps, and lifting-station duties comply with EN 12050-1.

Selection Notes

Confirm the required flow and head first, then the solids handling requirement - fibrous or abrasive solids usually call for a cutter or vortex impeller rather than a standard channel impeller. State the voltage (220 V or 380 V), the cable length needed, and the liquid temperature and pH. Where the well is deep, check the submergence allowance against the pump position.
Send your flow, head, solids condition and destination port to our engineering team for a confirmed pump selection.
