Grating for Platforms and Walkways
Steel grating is the standard solution for industrial platforms, walkways, stair treads and drainage covers. Bearing bar pitch from 15 to 90mm and cross bar pitch from 30 to 100mm set the load span; 30/40mm and 50/100mm combinations are the recommended standard geometries.
Four National Standards Covered
Production follows YB/T4001 (China), ANSI/NAAMM MBG531-88 (USA), BS4592-1-1995 (UK) and AS1657-1985 (Australia), with steel to GB700 and hot-dip galvanizing to GB/T1392.
Marking System
Each panel is specified as bearing-bar style, size and pitch with surface-treatment code - for example G325/40/100FG means plain bars, 32x5mm at 40mm pitch, 100mm cross pitch, hot-dip galvanized. Nominal panel length 6m; custom widths on request.
