Product Overview
Single pipe clamps fix a pipe to a supporting structure - a bracket, a channel or unistrut - rather than joining two pipes. One-piece clamps are used where the pipe can be threaded through; two-piece clamps assemble around a pipe already in position. They are supplied with or without a rubber insert, in sizes from phi15 up to phi273 and above, with M6 to M12 fixing.
Why Stainless Steel as Standard
SS304 and SS316 are the standard body materials, so the clamp's service life matches the stainless piping it supports instead of becoming the first item to corrode. Galvanized carbon steel is available where the environment allows. A full range of sizes is held in stock.
With or Without Rubber Insert
The rubber insert isolates the pipe from the metal clamp, damping vibration and preventing contact corrosion on the pipe surface - the same reasoning behind our EPDM lined clamps, which are specified separately where the clamp carries the pipe in suspension.
