Product Overview
Seamless steel tubes for shock absorber and damper bodies, sized in a continuous series from 30x2 mm to 60x3.5~4 mm so a single supplier covers everything from motorcycle dampers to heavy-truck cab suspension. Grades step up with duty: SAE 1020 and C45 for general automotive and motorcycle dampers, S355JR / Q355B HSLA where weldability and toughness matter, SAE 1025 for higher strength, and 42CrMo4 alloy for the largest and most highly stressed damper bodies.

Cold drawn seamless tube with superior surface finish and mechanical properties, produced to ASTM and EN material standards. The ten-step size series from 30x2 to 60x3.5~4 mm (OD x wall) allows wall thickness to be selected against damping force and pressure rather than forced to a catalogue jump.
Applications
Passenger car, SUV and high-performance motorcycle suspension, where the tube forms the structural basis of the hydraulic damper - filtering road irregularities for a comfortable ride and minimising body roll in cornering. High-purity grade variants reduced motorcycle cornering roll-angle fluctuation by 22.4 percent in laboratory tests. Heavy trucks, loaders, excavators and mining equipment use the same series for cab and seat suspension, isolating operators from chassis shock and vibration in extreme off-road conditions.
