Engineered Ground Mount Systems

Ground-mounted arrays carry the full wind and snow load of the site, so the bracket is a structural product rather than a piece of hardware. We supply the pile, post, purlin and rail set in hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, zinc-aluminium-magnesium coated steel or aluminium alloy, selected against the site conditions.
Sections run from C-steel 41x21 up to 41x72 with wall thickness of 1.4-2.5 mm, and hot-dip galvanizing gives a 40-85 um coating. The production base at Daqiuzhuang runs more than 20 automated steel lines and over 60 CNC lines, with more than 30 technology patents.

Materials Compared

Hot-dip galvanized carbon steel is the economical default for most ground mounts. Zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating is preferred in coastal and high-corrosion environments where a longer service life is required. Aluminium alloy is chosen where weight matters. The choice is normally driven by the site's corrosivity, the design life and the budget.

Capacity and Certification

The base produces 450 tonnes per day and more than 3.5 GW per year, and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management certification together with PCCC product certification. Products are tested by national authoritative departments before release.

Selection Notes

Send the site location, array layout, expected wind and snow loads, and the required design life. Those inputs decide the section, the coating and the foundation type, and they are what our engineering team needs to confirm a bracket package.
Send your site conditions, array layout and destination port to our engineering team for a confirmed bracket package.
