Components for Builders and Fabricators
Not every project needs a complete bracket package. Fabricators and contractors who already have a structure design often need the sections alone - galvanized C-steel channel in the standard 41-wide series, cut and punched to their schedule.
We supply 41x21, 41x41, 41x52, 41x62 and 41x72 sections with wall thickness from 1.4 to 2.5 mm, in hot-dip galvanized steel with a 40-85 um coating, using grades such as SGH340D and S350GD. Because the sections come from the same base as our finished brackets, the coating and the tolerance stay consistent across the structure.
Why Source Components From the Mill Side
Sourcing sections from a steel producer rather than a reseller keeps the grade and coating consistent and documentable across the structure, and avoids the mixed-coating problems that appear when sections are bought from several resellers.
