Hot induction and hot formed bends at 3D to 10D radius to GB/T 12459 (3D), SY/T 5257 and ASME B16.49, or to customer drawing. Compared with standard elbows (R=1.5D), long-radius bends give smoother flow and less pressure drop. Full-length induction bending is followed by solution treatment per grade

Product Overview
Hot induction and hot formed bends at 3D to 10D radius to GB/T 12459 (3D), SY/T 5257 and ASME B16.49, or to customer drawing. Compared with standard elbows (R=1.5D), long-radius bends give smoother flow and less pressure drop. Full-length induction bending is followed by solution treatment per grade and 100 percent dimensional and visual re-inspection including gauging (pigging) test. Standard raw material grades ASTM A403 TP304/304L, 316/316L; duplex 2205, super duplex 2507, nickel alloys and 316Ti available on request - customised fittings in special materials are our specialty (see our Customized Fittings Experts page).
