Product Overview
Rubber-lined suspension band clamps: bandwidth 20 / 25 mm, thickness 1.2-2.5 mm, sizes 15-250 mm and larger, M8/M10 bolts, body W1 (carbon) / W4 (SS304) / W5 (SS316) with EPDM lining (PVC or silicone optional). The EPDM liner isolates the pipe from metal, absorbs vibration and water hammer, protects insulation and prevents galvanic corrosion on stainless lines - service -40 to +120 degrees C. Installation runs 30-50 percent faster than welded brackets.
