Twin-Wall Delivery Pipe
The DN125 delivery pipe is a 3000 mm twin-wall tube (3.5 + 2.0 mm) rated for more than 80,000 m3 of pumped concrete at up to 120 bar. Weld-on ends use a 148 mm SK flange with chrome carbide insert; finish is baking varnished with waterproof bag and end-cover packing.
Wear Parts Family
Delivery cylinders and pistons, filter elements, hose and fittings, S-valves and valve blocks, elbows and cleaning balls complete the pump circuit - one supplier for the wear-side inventory.
Built for Mainstream Pumps
Parts are compatible with Putzmeister, Schwing, CIFA, Zoomlion, Sany, KCP and Sermac machines. Pipe is 65Mn and steel with CNC high-frequency induction hardening to 68 HRC, tensile >=500 MPa, 51 kg per 3 m length.
