Seamless and Welded Alloy Pipe

Alloy pipe is supplied seamless or welded from 1/8" to 26" OD with wall from SCH30 to XXS. Chrome-moly families from P5, P9 and P11 to P22 and P91 are the standard choice for high-temperature service, with related T-grades and Chinese Cr-Mo equivalents (12CrMo, 15CrMo, 12Cr2Mo, 1Cr5Mo, 10CrMo910) in the same program.

Standards and Delivery

Production follows ASTM A335 for high-temperature service and ASTM A333 for low-temperature service, alongside DIN 17175 and JIS G3458. Ends are plain or bevelled and burr-free; surfaces include black paint, 3PE or hot-dip galvanized; cut lengths run to 23 m.

Service in Demanding Sectors

Alloy pipe serves petroleum, chemical, power, boiler and aerospace applications. A333 covers low-temperature duty, and the Cr-Mo grades carry corrosive chemical, petrochemical and energy service.
