Product Overview

Induction pipe bends NPS 1/2''-72'' (DN 15-1800), R=2.5D-10D, angles 15-180 deg, in carbon, alloy, stainless, duplex and nickel alloy steel; plant capacity 15,000 metric tons per year. Induction (hot) bending uses an induction coil to heat a narrow band; steel reaches 800 and 2,200 degrees Fahrenheit then is water-quenched after passing through. Machine table: IB Mc 1-3 handle pipes 3"-48" with radii 1780/4575/7320 mm and thickness ranges up to 50 mm.
