A Lightweight Pump for Water Transfer
An aluminium shell keeps the unit light enough to move by hand between sumps, ponds and tanks, which is what makes this family useful on farms, building sites and small plants. A stainless steel strainer base at the inlet keeps coarse debris out of the impeller.
The range runs 0.37-2.2 kW with flow of 1.5-65 m3/h and heads of 6-40 m. The motor uses 100% copper winding, an IP68 sealed housing and class F insulation for wet service.
Where It Is Used
Agricultural irrigation and drainage, village and domestic water supply, tank and cistern transfer, construction site dewatering, and light industrial water transfer. The portability of the aluminium shell suits duties where the pump is moved rather than permanently installed.
Selection Notes
Match the pump to the duty point rather than to the maximum rating, because a pump working at its shut-off head delivers very little flow. Confirm the required flow and head, the solids content of the water, the voltage available, and whether the pump will run continuously or intermittently. For dirty water, keep the strainer base clear and size the pump for the solids present.
