The model is built for EPC contractors and industrial buyers who would otherwise source matched components from several vendors.
Sourcing a project package usually means several suppliers, several specifications and several document sets, and the buyer carries the risk when matched components disagree. One-stop supply moves that coordination to the supplier: every product family is quoted and produced against the same specification, inspected under the same quality plan, and released as one documented shipment. The buyer keeps one commercial and technical interface instead of many.
