Standard Austenitic - 304/304L, 316/316L
General corrosion resistance with hygienic surfaces - food and beverage, pharma, water treatment, general chemical and construction.
CUSTOM FITTINGS
Custom pipe fittings by material and by shape: from duplex, super austenitic and nickel alloys to non-standard angles and jacketed geometry - if you can draw it, we can make it.
MATERIALS BY APPLICATION
Standard austenitic to nickel alloys - matched to your medium, temperature and chloride level.
General corrosion resistance with hygienic surfaces - food and beverage, pharma, water treatment, general chemical and construction.
Resists sensitization and intergranular corrosion at 450-850 degrees C; no post-weld annealing needed - welded petrochemical systems, heat exchangers, steam lines.
Yield about twice 316L with excellent chloride stress-corrosion resistance - offshore topsides, chemical tankers, desalination intake, pulp and paper.
PREN above 40; outstanding pitting resistance in seawater - seawater cooling, subsea and FPSO piping, FGD scrubbers.
SPECIAL GRADES
The grades many factories refuse - sourced, formed and certified here.
6Mo high-nickel chemistry resisting sulfuric and phosphoric acids and high-salinity brines - acid plants, seawater exchangers, pulp bleaching.
Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy and Monel families for reducing and oxidizing acids, caustics, HF, sour gas and high temperature - chemical, pollution control, marine.
Alloy 20 for sulfuric acid systems; urea-grade 316L and 310MoLN for urea synthesis and stripper service.
Titanium Gr.1/Gr.2 immune to chloride attack; CuNi 90/10 and 70/30 for marine seawater piping - desalination and shipboard systems.
WHY THE HARD JOBS ARE OURS
High-nickel and molybdenum alloys are expensive - one failed forming trial means heavy scrap losses, so many factories simply refuse these orders. We say yes.
Reliable supply of special-alloy pipe, bar and plate from qualified mills, with heat-number traceability on every piece.
A senior forming and welding team with proven WPS/PQR for each alloy family - the process is qualified before your material is cut.
Careful nesting and yield planning for expensive alloys - less scrap, lower cost, documented from cutting list to finished piece.
PMI plus full inspection: dimensions, NDE and hydrostatic test with EN 10204 3.1 certificates; customer-witnessed inspection on request.
SPECIAL SHAPES
If you can draw it, we can make it - beyond the standard catalogue.
Elbows and laterals at any angle from 15 to 179 degrees (22.5, 50, 67.5, 135...) with accurate end-to-end layout.
2D / 2.5D / custom radii, mitered segment elbows for large sizes, swan-neck and Z or U offset bends, Y-branches and unequal-offset tees, manifolds and cluster assemblies.
Jacketed steam-traced fittings with vent and nozzle details per drawing; wall-thickness transitions, OD-to-OD and metric-to-ASME transitions, flanged by butt-weld specials.
HOW TO SPECIFY
Send four things - our engineers propose the most cost-effective grade.
Medium and concentration, operating and design temperature and pressure, chloride level and pH if known.
Design code (ASME / EN / GB) and required certificate - EN 10204 3.1 as standard, 3.2 on request.
Sketch or CAD drawing for special shapes; standard-type fittings need only size, schedule and grade.
Often upgrading from 316L to 2205 saves weight and cost, or 316Ti replaces stabilized 321 where suitable - you get the recommendation, not just a price.
CUSTOM WORK
Representative deep-processing jobs - drawings and full project references on request.
